History
The background
This in-service education program for the master degree was proposed by National Pingtung University of Education (NPUE) for the purpose to promote the students’ competiveness in their future career and narrow the gap between learning and practice in order to cultivate excellent talents on the cultural and educational management and carry out the research on the theory and practice of cultural and educational management. The program was approved by the Ministry of Education on May 22nd, 2013 and the student recruitment began in the academic year of 2015. Because National Pingtung University of Education (NPUE) and National Pingtung Institute of Commerce (NPIC) was merged as National Pingtung University (NPU) on August 1st, 2014, this program was thus handed over and is now under the supervision of College of Education of NPU.
