The in-service education program for the master degree of cultural and educational management is mainly to cultivate excellent leaders on the cultural and educational management in order to carry out the research on the theory and practice of cultural and educational management, to reinforce the academic foundation of cultural and educational management, and to develop the models and strategies of cultural and educational management. Hopefully, this program will promote the development of cultural and educational industry, cultivate the professional personnel of cultural and educational management, set a niche for the on-job practice of cultural and educational management, and provide the opportunities for the employees from the relevant industries to have further study.
